Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service preferred
  • ability to stand continuously and perform repetitive arm/hand movements for entire shift
  • frequent walking required
  • ability to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend or work overhead
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work full-time or part-time
  • flexible scheduling
  • comply with health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Consistently prepare and serve food according to OnCue's standards, including recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
  • provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • adhere to the work schedule as posted unless arranged with the Kitchen Manager
  • flexibility to cover shifts as needed
  • operate all kitchen equipment and devices safely and according to guidelines
  • act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes company culture and values
  • maintain food quality and safety standards
  • assist in controlling and maintaining food inventory and costs through purchases, pricing and waste control
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety codes
  • keep work and service areas safe, sanitary and orderly
  • work or assist at fry station or grill
  • maintain positive working relationships with team members and management
  • perform other duties as assigned
