Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Two years of previous experience in food service production
- One year of previous experience healthcare related food production
- Current ServSafe Food Handler Permit, Travis/Williamson County Health Department Food Handler Card or State Food Safety permit within 7 days of hire

Job Duties
- Supervise cafeteria associates to ensure good customer service, a sanitary environment and compliance with department policies and procedures
- Run cash register, assist customers and handle cash
- Assist with preparation and delivery of special functions as directed by the chef
- Ensure patient diets are followed by monitoring the production team and tray line
- Provide service recovery and communicate escalated needs to manager
- Monitor porters and ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations
