Job Duties
- build patient meal trays
- prepare fruits and vegetables
- prepare and serve hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner including grab-and-go items
- deliver patient trays to assigned areas
- serve retail customers
- perform dishwashing activities
- maintain food, product, and supply quality and safety following HACCP and department standards
