Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of food service experience
  • knowledge of POS systems
  • familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and food safety practices
  • strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

  • knowledge of Grill and Deli operations preferred
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, strong communication, and a positive attitude
  • operate a POS system accurately for food purchases and transactions
  • perform cashiering, food handling, and service duties
  • assist with Grill and Deli stations
  • safely use commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, slicers, mixers, panini presses, griddles, fryers, and thermometers
  • maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • assist with inventory control and daily production needs
  • work collaboratively as a team player in a customer-first environment
