- knowledge of Grill and Deli operations preferred
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, strong communication, and a positive attitude
- operate a POS system accurately for food purchases and transactions
- perform cashiering, food handling, and service duties
- assist with Grill and Deli stations
- safely use commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, slicers, mixers, panini presses, griddles, fryers, and thermometers
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- assist with inventory control and daily production needs
- work collaboratively as a team player in a customer-first environment
