Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • corporate food service experience in the Westchester area
  • full-time availability Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and food safety practices
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
  • team-oriented, dependable, and professional
  • professional references required

Job Duties

  • Must be a team player
  • this is a customer service position
  • the applicant must have personality, character, language skills, and professionalism to work with customers
  • working knowledge of a POS system is required
  • experienced in food handling, customer service, and cashier
  • knowledge of Grill and Deli stations is a plus
  • must have working knowledge of equipment related to food preparation including ovens, mixers, thermometers, slicer, panini press, commercial cutlery, flat top griddle, char broiler, deep fryer
  • work directly with the Chef manager
  • required to maintain company standards for production and cleanliness
  • manage inventory
