Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active and valid Food Handler’s Certification required
- Minimum of six months food service experience
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong organization skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to pass de-escalation training as defined by state requirements
- Must meet all requirements outlined in Recovery Innovations driving policy if driving is required
- Must sign Non-Driver Attestation form if not qualified to drive
- Travel required based on business need
- Must be at least 18 years old (or meet state-specific age requirements)
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Must pass seven-year background check
- Must pass substance abuse and/or tuberculosis testing, if applicable
- Must obtain designated fingerprinting clearance if applicable
- Must pass education verification check
- Must pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet insurance eligibility if driving is required
- Complete Program Support Competency Checklist as part of onboarding
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food in accordance with food safety requirements and departmental procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by using proper food handling techniques
- Ensure all food is dated and disposed of after sell date
- Monitor refrigerator temperature and document on daily temperature log
- Keep abreast of all federal and state regulations, laws, and Recovery Innovations policies
- Understand and adhere to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as outlined in Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
