Job Requirements
- must possess a secondary (i.e., high school) school diploma, or its equivalent (GED)
- must possess a valid Food Safety Certification from a nationally recognized Food Safety Program
- certification must successfully be renewed every three years
- employees must be physically and mentally able to perform the essential duties of a position with or without reasonable accommodation and without hazard to themselves or others

- one year of full time experience in a position involving quantity food preparation and serving
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
