Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including some weekends
  • availability to work evenings from November 23 to December 23
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • exceptional problem solving and organizational skills
  • ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • basic office computer skills
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 35 pounds
  • ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years front of house restaurant management experience
  • ServSafe or food handling certification preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proven leadership and team building skills
  • exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • financial management, merchandising, analytical, and planning skills
  • ability to remain flexible in fast-paced environments
  • basic computer proficiency
  • ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and handle up to 35 pounds
  • all education backgrounds eligible
  • must be 18 or older

Job Duties

  • Perform the steps of SSA EXTRA Guest Service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest and client
  • support implementation of operational systems, processes and policies
  • assume a supportive and strategic role in seasonal planning for food concepts and equipment needs
  • support department financial forecasts, business processes, and merchandising oversight
  • oversee food service training and staff orientation
  • ensure safety training completion for all staff
  • fulfill guest needs quickly and efficiently and resolve complaints effectively
  • maintain quality and facility cleanliness
  • document and discipline employees according to company policies
  • maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
  • support day-to-day functions of food services with focus on front of house operations
  • support maintenance and repair facilitation of facility and equipment
  • maintain positive relationships with client staff
  • ensure consistency and high quality across operations
  • ensure timely invoice submission and vendor payments
  • support management of operational functions and payroll
  • manage employees in compliance with labor laws
  • schedule staff according to budget and business forecasts
  • perform additional tasks as necessary
  • uphold company policies and procedures
