Job Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- ability to work independently
- ability to be on feet for the majority of the day and walk far distances
- understanding of food safety and sanitation processes
- good communication skills
- previous customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- previous customer service experience
- retail counting and reconciliation of money
- knowledge of food service preferred
- ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- ability to perform basic math
- Serv Safe certification may be required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required
Job Duties
- Monitor and record proper temperature of food
- set up and maintain a clean and sanitized serving area
- prepare and serve food items
- restock food areas
- clean and sanitize equipment
- receive payment for food and beverages using a computerized register
- comply with HACCP guidelines for food service
