Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months or more of food service experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read diet orders and perform basic math
  • Comfortable using iPads and basic computer systems
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout shift
  • Must pass a physical exam and drug screening
  • Comfortable working in patient care areas and around cleaning supplies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver meals tailored to therapeutic diets and patient preferences
  • Collect and process patient menu selections and diet orders
  • Modify menus based on dietary guidelines and restrictions
  • Provide compassionate, attentive service to patients and families
  • Collaborate with clinical and dietary teams to ensure safety and satisfaction
