Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- food service experience preferred
- ability to read write and follow instructions
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Assemble patient meals with precision following dietary guidelines and portion control standards
- support sanitation efforts including dishwashing pot sink operations and general kitchen cleanliness
- maintain infection prevention protocols and food safety standards
- handle food storage labeling and rotation to ensure freshness and compliance
- interact with patients families and staff with empathy and respect
- safely operate food service equipment and follow all safety and health regulations
- report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues promptly
