Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
food service experience preferred
ability to read write and follow instructions

Job Duties

Assemble patient meals with precision following dietary guidelines and portion control standards
support sanitation efforts including dishwashing pot sink operations and general kitchen cleanliness
maintain infection prevention protocols and food safety standards
handle food storage labeling and rotation to ensure freshness and compliance
interact with patients families and staff with empathy and respect
safely operate food service equipment and follow all safety and health regulations
report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues promptly
