Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- willingness to pass pre-placement exam
- ability to perform moderate physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- capability to work in a commercial kitchen environment
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- willingness to undergo criminal background check

Job Duties
- assist food service staff with basic food preparation
- ensure proper food storage
- maintain cleanliness of food service, dining, and storage areas
- clean dishes, utensils, and equipment
- clean tables, chairs, floors, and surfaces
- receive, transport, and store food following sanitary standards
- scoop bulk foods into containers and package food portions
- prepare and serve meals as directed
- count and verify products received and shipped
- provide accurate production and inventory data
