Job Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Washington State Food Handler Card is required
- Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Experience in retail, restaurant or food service preferred
- Experience with cashier and cash handling duties preferred
- Experience with espresso and customer beverages preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well with others

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service in the Cafes
- Handle cash accurately and follow cash handling policy and procedures
- Prepare and serve espresso and coffee beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- Portion and serve food following applicable guidelines
- Answer customer questions about food choices and preparation
- Follow instructions for workstation set up and clean up
- Stock and clean service areas
- Transport food and supplies as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned
