Job Duties
- Prepares and serves food for meal service to patients and/or patrons
- Completes sanitation procedures based on guidelines of Allegheny County Health Department and other regulatory agencies
- Maintains department work areas by cleaning and sanitizing
- Processes items used for meal service including utensils and trays
- Follows written and oral instructions carefully
- Adheres to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Supports the nutritional needs of patients through proper meal preparation
