Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred
- previous experience in food service
- must have a valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in food service
- ability to follow standard food preparation procedures
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to work early morning hours and weekends
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
Job Duties
- provide quality food service to youth, staff, and visitors
- perform necessary duties to prepare meals and salads including washing, slicing and mixing food supplies according to standard procedures
- set-up and deliver food trays to the units
- set-up and serve food at display counter with prepared foods
- maintain and clean work area including equipment, dining tables, and dish washing equipment
- maintain adequate inventory of specified food groups and supplies throughout meal service periods
