Job Duties

  • Lead by example to create a safe, clean, and welcoming food service environment
  • Follow all food safety standards, including time/temperature control, cleaning, and sanitizing procedures
  • Prepare menu items accurately according to recipes and portion guidelines
  • Handle guest orders quickly and courteously, ensuring correct pricing and quality
  • Stock and rotate coolers, freezers, paper goods, and food supplies
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, and deli cases
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes as needed
  • Prepare and package items for deli, bakery, dinner, and hot cases
  • Complete required documentation, such as temperature logs and cleaning checklists
  • Maintain proper dress code, grooming, and food safety standards
