Job Duties
- Lead by example to create a safe, clean, and welcoming food service environment
- Follow all food safety standards, including time/temperature control, cleaning, and sanitizing procedures
- Prepare menu items accurately according to recipes and portion guidelines
- Handle guest orders quickly and courteously, ensuring correct pricing and quality
- Stock and rotate coolers, freezers, paper goods, and food supplies
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, and deli cases
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes as needed
- Prepare and package items for deli, bakery, dinner, and hot cases
- Complete required documentation, such as temperature logs and cleaning checklists
- Maintain proper dress code, grooming, and food safety standards
