- High school diploma or GED
- certification of health on employee medical examination form
- ability to read and calculate standardized recipes
- experience or knowledge in quantity food preparation
- regular attendance
- physical ability to stand or walk for long periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 53 pounds
- manual dexterity to operate food preparation equipment
- willingness to handle commercial strength detergents
- ability to tolerate hot and cold kitchen environments
