Job Requirements
- Must obtain a valid Food Handler's Permit State Food Worker Card prior to the first day of work per state law
- must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state regulations
- ability to multitask stay organized and maintain calm during high-volume shifts
- previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred but not required
- strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests
- working knowledge of POS systems preferred but not required
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly with energy enthusiasm and genuine hospitality
- accurately take food and beverage orders confirm modifications and enter all items correctly into the POS system
- deliver drinks appetizers entrees and desserts with proper timing and presentation
- maintain strong menu knowledge including ingredients allergens and daily specials
- monitor table activity and anticipate guest needs refills extra sauces additional items etc
- ensure tables are clean reset and guest-ready throughout service
- collaborate with hosts expo sushi chefs and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow
- assist with to-go orders packaging and accuracy during high-volume periods
- handle cash credit and digital payments following all cash-handling procedures
- follow all food safety sanitation and health department standards including proper glove use handwashing and PPE when required
- maintain a clean organized workstation and support side work duties before during and after shifts
- demonstrate integrity teamwork and a positive attitude while contributing to a respectful and inclusive culture
