Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar setting preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Physical ability to access all restaurant areas and withstand prolonged standing walking stretching bending kneeling lifting and carrying
- Ability to work in close quarters with exposure to varying temperatures noise dust and smoke
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Effective written and oral communication in English

Job Duties
- Greet guests with warm smile maintain eye contact and communicate professionally and pleasantly
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items wine lists including ingredients preparation and sourcing
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items ingredients and dietary specials
- Suggest appropriate wines and beverages to accompany meals
- Relay accurate orders to kitchen and ensure preparation according to recipe
- Check orders for accuracy portion and timely service
- Prepare drinks as per customer instructions and serve promptly
- Assist cashier in preparing checks deliver checks and handle payments
- Ensure tables are cleared cleaned and bused properly before next guests arrive
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service and consumption regulations
