Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous server and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology
- Previous experience using smartphones and/or tablets applications strongly preferred
- Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Gaming license required
- Food handler certification required
- SERV Safe certification required

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly quality service to all guests
- Greet all guests immediately when they arrive and when leaving
- Clean and organize the restaurant daily including assigned deep cleaning
- Polish china, silverware, and glassware daily
- Light dusting and maintaining the restaurant
- Maintain guest tables throughout dining period by cleaning and replacing tableware
- Comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and government regulations
- Maintain current and accurate knowledge of all menu items
- Serve all beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic
- Buss tables and complete all side work
- Assist restaurant host/hostess as needed
- Assist food runners and servers by running food to tables promptly
- Record all guests' preferences in the reservation system for personalized service
- Know frequent guests and their preferences
- Attend periodic meetings and training sessions
- Provide outstanding customer and employee service at all times
- Present oneself with a neat and clean appearance
- Thank guests and invite them to return
- Perform other duties as assigned
