Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or education equivalent required
- Previous server and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology
- Previous experience using smart phones and/or tablet applications strongly preferred
- Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Holds gaming license
- Has Food Handler and SERV Safe certifications
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience as a server and in customer service preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety standards
- Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology

- Certification in food handling and SERV Safe
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly quality service to guests
- Greet all guests immediately when they arrive and when leaving
- Clean and organize the restaurant daily including deep cleaning assigned areas
- Polish china, silverware, and glassware daily
- Maintain guest tables throughout the dining period by cleaning and replacing china, glass, and silverware
- Comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules
- Maintain current and accurate knowledge of all menu items
- Serve all beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic in food outlets
- Buss tables in the station and complete all side work
- Assist restaurant host/hostess when required
- Assist food runners and servers to run food to tables in a timely manner
- Record guest preferences in the reservation system with detailed notes to exceed expectations
- Know frequent guests and their preferences
- Attend periodic meetings and training sessions
- Provide outstanding customer and employee service at all times
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Thank guests and invite them to return
- Perform other duties as assigned
