Job Duties
- Monitor guests’ needs continuously and promptly fulfill all requests
- perform as a team with other servers to provide excellent guest service
- perform all necessary side work including polishing and rolling silverware, restocking items, and maintaining condiment supplies
- perform bus person duties to clear tables after guests have finished meals
- assist with opening and closing functions according to specified procedures
- take and fill all food and drink orders as needed
- maintain the venue in a clean and neat manner
- maintain all proper sanitation practices
- uphold knowledge of property information including memorabilia and promotions
- abide by Freeman Standards and legal guidelines
- return lost and found articles to supervisor immediately
- represent Bally’s positively to guests, coworkers, managers, and vendors
- live by company values
- complete assigned cleaning and organizing duties
