Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months experience in food and beverage service preferred
- excellent communication skills in English
- ability to operate computerized point-of-sale systems
- basic math skills
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry trays up to 40 pounds
- strong organizational and time management skills
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- obtaining required food service certifications
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner while providing outstanding customer service
- take and process food and beverage orders using computerized systems
- efficiently retrieve and serve prepared orders from the kitchen
- transport and balance food and beverage trays weighing up to 30-40 pounds
- present guest checks and process payments accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food delivery
- monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- assist management with daily operations as needed
- ensure compliance with food safety and serving standards
