Job Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with others
Understands and complies with all company and departmental rules and regulations
Must be RAMP certified
Ability to withstand physical demands such as standing and walking briskly for extended periods
Ability to push, pull, stoop, bend and squat continuously throughout shift
Able to lift and carry 30 pounds unassisted for extended periods
Able to work entire shift in full costume without accommodations
Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience in hospitality or service roles preferred
RAMP certification
Knowledge of Responsible Gaming Program
Ability to communicate effectively
Thorough understanding of company policies and department rules

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and courteously
Provide accurate and friendly service with H.E.A.R.T. steps
Make guests feel safe and comfortable
Sell food and beverage items knowledgeably
Alert management to any service or safety issues
Perform service recovery gestures
Handle cash transactions and maintain accountability
Carry trays of food and beverages throughout the restaurant and bar
Serve and replenish items as requested
Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas
Remove empty glasses and clean ashtrays
Abide by all federal, state and corporate liquor regulations
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations
Adhere to company appearance standards
