Job Requirements

  • High school diploma general education (GED)
  • experience preferred but will train or promote willing individual
  • must be able to work flexible hours and shifts
  • must have basic mathematical skills
  • must be able to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure
  • must be very detailed oriented
  • must project a professional and positive image
  • must have a high level of energy
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • must be able to work all shifts weekends holidays and special events (banquet) as needed

Job Duties

  • Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests are promptly filled
  • performs as a team with other servers to provide exceptional guest service
  • performs all necessary side work such as polishing and rolling silverware restocking items filling salt and pepper shakers cutting lemons etc
  • performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals
  • assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications
  • performs all necessary tasks to service guests including taking and filling all food and drink orders and maintaining the venue in a clean and neat manner
  • maintains all proper sanitation practices
