Job Requirements
- High school diploma general education (GED)
- experience preferred but will train or promote willing individual
- must be able to work flexible hours and shifts
- must have basic mathematical skills
- must be able to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure
- must be very detailed oriented
- must project a professional and positive image
- must have a high level of energy
- excellent interpersonal skills
- must be able to work all shifts weekends holidays and special events (banquet) as needed

Job Duties
- Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests are promptly filled
- performs as a team with other servers to provide exceptional guest service
- performs all necessary side work such as polishing and rolling silverware restocking items filling salt and pepper shakers cutting lemons etc
- performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals
- assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications
- performs all necessary tasks to service guests including taking and filling all food and drink orders and maintaining the venue in a clean and neat manner
- maintains all proper sanitation practices
