Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum three months of related experience or training
  • ability to read write and communicate in English
  • ability to perform simple mathematical operations
  • ability to manage cash transactions accurately and securely
  • ability to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
  • ability to work under pressure staying calm and efficient
  • must obtain and maintain current Food Handler’s Card
  • may be required to obtain and maintain gaming license
  • no driving responsibilities
  • ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift carry push pull or move objects up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • must present neat clean and well-groomed appearance
  • ability to work in fast paced high demand environment
  • ability to walk stand and sit for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Serve and assist diners with their food orders ensuring a pleasant dining experience
  • carry plates of food for customers with disabilities providing welcoming and efficient service
  • take beverage orders as guests are seated deliver drinks promptly and accurately offer refills as necessary
  • remove empty plates as guests revisit buffet lines ensuring a tidy dining area
  • replenish tableware as needed maintain clean trays for efficiency during busy periods
  • maintain cleanliness organization and preparedness of workspace and adjacent areas
  • clean and reset tables after guests leave dispose of refuse keep walkways clear wash and dry serving trays
  • ensure stations are fully stocked with condiments plastic ware coffee and other items restock ice bins as needed during operations
  • assist with special projects monthly meetings banquets concerts special guests
  • notify leader on duty of any problems or concerns
  • perform other duties as assigned to support efficient operation of department
