Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds
- proficiency in English communication
- skilled in using computerized ordering and payment systems
- able to obtain required licenses or certifications
- strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- six months of food and beverage service experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for majority of shift
- able to lift and carry trays weighing approximately 40 pounds
- ability to communicate in English
- experience utilizing computer systems for order placement and payment processing
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications
Job Duties
- receive and serve food and beverage orders from guests
- greet and communicate with guests in a friendly courteous manner
- receive and process food and beverage orders utilizing computerized guest check system
- retrieve prepared orders from kitchen and deliver to guests
- carry and balance trays or push cart of food and beverages through kitchen and dining room weighing approximately 20 to 30 pounds
- maintain cleanliness of all dining room areas
- present check to guest and collect payment or deliver to cashier
