Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of food and beverage service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing approximately 40 pounds
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to use a computerized order and payment system
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications or licenses

- Six months of food and beverage service experience preferred

- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing approximately 40 pounds
- Proficient in English communication
- Experience using computer systems for order processing and payments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or certifications
Job Duties
- Receive and serve food and beverage orders from guests
- Collect payment and make change for guest checks
- Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner
- Receive and process food and beverage orders using a computerized guest check system
- Retrieve prepared orders from the kitchen and deliver to guests
- Carry and balance trays and/or push carts weighing approximately 20 to 30 pounds through kitchen and dining room
- Maintain cleanliness of all dining room areas
- Present check to guest and handle payment transactions
