Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
- Ability to perform opening and closing procedures
- Knowledge of food and beverage
- Experience with cash handling
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Capable of effectively communicating with guests and management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Must possess full knowledge of all menus including food, wine, beer, and spirits
- Proficient in cocktail service
- Working knowledge of POS system
- Experience with cash handling procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to professional conduct and teamwork
Job Duties
- Consistently following established sequence of service to provide the highest level of service to our guests
- Building and establishing a personal clientele through guest interaction, name/face recognition
- Anticipating guests needs and responding appropriately
- Responsible for a cash bank to insure quick service for our cash paying guests
- Performing all opening and closing duties daily
- Maintaining cleanliness of shift area and service bar/stations
- Working as a team to insure the highest level of guest satisfaction
