Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Previous cashiering experience preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability for flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to tolerate noise, smoke and bright lights
- Ability to use hand motions for payment processing
- Ability to maintain neat appearance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or comparable experience
- Prior customer service experience in a fast paced environment preferred
- Previous cashiering experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- Meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policies
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
- Able to respond to visual and aural cues
- Able to work at a fast pace in a crowded/noisy environment
- Able to accurately and quickly process cash transactions
- Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Able to reach above and below the shoulder, bend, stoop and twist
- Able to tolerate industry standard cleaning chemicals
- Able to work in constricted areas
- Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance consistent with company standards
Job Duties
- Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff
- Engages in friendly conversations with guests using the 10/5 rule
- Operates a cash register/POS system, accurately handling transactions and maintaining financial controls
- Keeps designated working area clean and organized and assists with dining room cleanliness
- Recognizes Diamond and Platinum players and communicates with team members to ensure appropriate service
- Resolves service issues according to the service recovery toolbox
- Promotes current casino events and provides directions to guests
- Thanks customers, invites them back, wishes them luck and facilitates return visits
