Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to undergo and pass a background check
- Compliance with pre-employment drug testing where applicable
- Physical mobility and ability to respond to visual and aural cues
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
- Must maintain professional appearance standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced, crowded, and noisy environments
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Tolerance for exposure to second-hand smoke, loud noises, and bright lights
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in surveillance or security preferred
- Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations
- Excellent observational and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate surveillance technology and equipment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity
Job Duties
- Perform surveillance of gaming and non-gaming areas to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Monitor activity at games, slots, keno, cashiers, and count rooms
- Detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior and report findings promptly
- Collaborate with security and other departments to maintain a safe environment
- Utilize surveillance equipment effectively and maintain accurate records
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Respond to emergencies and assist in investigations as needed
