Job Duties
- Greet residents by name and provide friendly service
- Take accurate meal orders and answer menu questions
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of the dining room
- Assist during special events and catered functions
- Ensure smooth operation of the dining area
- Provide patient and tactful interaction with residents and guests
