Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a server in an upscale or luxury hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift trays with food and beverages
- Familiarity with food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor and escort them to their tables
- Provide attentive and personalized service by taking orders accurately and responding promptly to guest requests
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials
- Offer recommendations for beverages, appetizers, main courses, and desserts
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
- Communicate special requests, allergies, or dietary restrictions to the kitchen team
- Present a diverse range of beverages while adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
- Set tables according to established standards
- Regularly check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns professionally
- Resolve guest issues or complaints effectively
- Present bills accurately and handle payment transactions securely
- Work in harmony with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers
- Assist colleagues during peak times and support team members as needed
