Job Requirements
- Must have six months of fine dining food and beverage service experience
- must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift
- must be able to lift and carry trays weighing approximately 40 pounds
- must be able to communicate effectively in English
- must be able to utilize computerized systems for placing food and beverage orders and processing payments
- must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications

Job Duties
- Receive and serve food and beverage orders from guests
- collect payment and make change for guest checks
- greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner providing excellent service
- receive and process food and beverage orders utilizing a computerized guest check system
- retrieve prepared orders from kitchen and deliver to guests
- carry and balance trays and/or push cart of food and beverages through kitchen and dining room
- maintain cleanliness of all areas of the dining room and set up of room at end of evening
- perform other duties as requested
