Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a food server in fine-dining
- Fluent and professional English communication skills
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain required licensing and work cards
- Strong knowledge of wine and beverage service
- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to uphold health and safety standards

- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of wine, beverages, basic food, and advanced service
- Demonstrate skill in wine service and upselling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Able to obtain and maintain necessary licensing or active work cards
Job Duties
- Create the overall guest experience by providing excellent customer service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Carry out wine and beverage service including upselling
- Perform table maintenance and complete side work efficiently
- Maintain health and safety code standards at all times
- Handle guest checks and related financial transactions
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
