Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of experience in casual, buffet or fine dining restaurant settings
- Ability to use fountain soft drink, tea and coffee machines
- Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws and health regulations
- Ability to read and write basic instructions
- Ability to comply with all state gaming regulations and obtain required licenses
- Capability to stand and walk continually throughout shifts
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach while carrying dishes, glasses, or serving trays
- Physical ability to push bus carts and carry trash or linen bags weighing up to 35 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use fountain soft drink, tea and coffee machines
- Ability to read and write basic instructions
- Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, health regulations, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Public relation skills needed
- Ability to read and follow instructions from Banquet
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
- One to three years of experience in casual, buffet or fine dining restaurant is preferred
- Ability to comply with all state gaming regulations including obtaining required license and Alcohol Beverage Card
Job Duties
- Maintain a professional appearance and mannerism
- Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for full service of banquet events
- Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events
- Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures
- Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events
- Maintain positive and professional attitude
- Other duties as assigned
