Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in high volume full service restaurant preferred
- Ability to present self professionally
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Pass written exam on menu knowledge and sequence of service
- Clark County Health Card
- Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card
Job Qualifications
- Experience in high volume full service restaurant with tray service is preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner
- Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, policies and procedures
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with staff
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Required to pass written exam, to determine knowledge of menu and beverage items, and sequence of service
- Clark County Health Card
- Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card
Job Duties
- Must have full knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and prices, to include food and beverage
- Have a thorough knowledge of the sequence of service and follow it at all times
- Be able to describe all items on menu and drink specials
- Assist other servers to give the best possible service
- Perform necessary side work
- Handles guest checks according to internal hotel policy
- Follow departmental rules to ensure safety, cleanliness and guest satisfaction
