Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for a minimum of eight-hour shifts
- Ability to control multi-line phone systems
- Previous cash handling experience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Positive attitude and hospitality-driven personality
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card and Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card
- Knowledge of Open Table and Seven Rooms Reservation System
- General computer knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills and articulation
- Ability to multitask and take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment
- Must exhibit focused attention to detail while working in a high-pressure environment
- Able to write and speak confidently
Job Duties
- Engaging greeting and seating guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Managing reservation flow and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience
- Answering phone calls and taking, tracking, and organizing reservations, to-go orders, and special requests
- Receiving a cash bank from the cashier and handling payment transactions accurately
- Assisting guests with menu-related questions and providing detailed descriptions of menu items and wines
- Maintaining proper station setup and completing all side-work thoroughly and on time
- Communicating table needs to team members and management, ensuring timely service and health code compliance
