Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred
  • Ability to stand or walk for a minimum of eight-hour shifts
  • Ability to control multi-line phone systems
  • Previous cash handling experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Positive attitude and hospitality-driven personality

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to obtain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card and Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Knowledge of Open Table and Seven Rooms Reservation System
  • General computer knowledge
  • Exceptional communication skills and articulation
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment
  • Must exhibit focused attention to detail while working in a high-pressure environment
  • Able to write and speak confidently

Job Duties

  • Engaging greeting and seating guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
  • Managing reservation flow and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience
  • Answering phone calls and taking, tracking, and organizing reservations, to-go orders, and special requests
  • Receiving a cash bank from the cashier and handling payment transactions accurately
  • Assisting guests with menu-related questions and providing detailed descriptions of menu items and wines
  • Maintaining proper station setup and completing all side-work thoroughly and on time
  • Communicating table needs to team members and management, ensuring timely service and health code compliance
