Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • ability to obtain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card and Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • knowledge of Open Table and Seven Rooms Reservation System
  • general computer knowledge
  • dedicated and willing to go above and beyond
  • must have an exceptional, positive personality and hospitality driven attitude
  • exceptional communication skills and articulation
  • must be able to multitask and take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment
  • must exhibit a focused attention to detail, while working in a high-pressure environment
  • able to write and speak in a confident manner
  • must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift
  • must be able to control a multi-line phone
  • previous cash handling experience

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Engage, greet, and seat guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
  • manage the flow of reservations to maximize the guest experience
  • answer the phone and take, track, and organize reservations, to-go orders, and special requests
  • receive a cash bank from the cashier for each shift and handle cash transactions
  • assist guests with any menu-related questions
  • support the team and maintain a hospitable attitude
  • ensure the station and side station are properly set to house specifications
  • complete all side work thoroughly and on time
  • communicate table needs to teammates
  • maintain a clean restaurant and ensure health code compliance
  • monitor ticket times and inform management of delays
  • promote alcohol safety following legal guidelines
  • report any problems or guest complaints to management
  • review the menu for changes and specials
  • take drink orders and enter orders accurately into the POS system
  • set the pace and flow of service
  • handle payment methods following compliance standards
  • perform side work and other duties as requested by management
