Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous food service experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Positive attitude
Ability to multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
Team player with flexibility to take on various roles
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

Provides fast, efficient, friendly service to everyone
Knows the daily and weekly menus and maintains positive, enthusiastic descriptions of food
Takes residents orders, gathers drinks and appetizers, and serves efficiently
Keeps tables clear of dirty dishes and remains available to residents
Ensures residents receive entrees and desserts timely
Checks on residents at least three times during their visit to ensure satisfaction
Buss, reset section and complete daily sidework
Takes on pantry, hostess, or expo duties as needed
Be a team player
Avoid personal conversations during service
Ensure section has desired appearance before and after serving
Use time effectively to complete duties on schedule
Understand and achieve service goals
Correct deficiencies promptly
