Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • Preferred full COVID-19 vaccination
  • Commitment to teamwork and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Provide fast, efficient, friendly service to everyone
  • Know the daily and weekly menus and keep descriptions of food positive and enthusiastic
  • Take resident orders, gather drinks and appetizers in the pantry, and serve items efficiently and timely
  • Keep tables clear of dirty dishes and make themselves available to residents at all times
  • Ensure residents receive entrees and desserts in a timely manner
  • Check on residents at least three times during their visit to ensure satisfaction
  • Buss and reset section, complete daily sidework
  • Take on pantry, hostess, or expo duties as needed
  • Be a team player
  • Avoid personal conversations while attending to residents
  • Ensure section is properly arranged before and after serving
  • Use time effectively to complete duties on schedule
  • Understand and achieve set goals
  • Correct deficiencies promptly
