Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Good communication skills
Basic math skills
Ability to lift moderate weight
Willingness to adhere to community policies and procedures
Preferred but not required: fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service preferred but not required
Ability to provide friendly, efficient customer service
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Provide fast, efficient, friendly service to everyone
Know the daily and weekly menus and keep food descriptions positive and enthusiastic
Take residents orders, gather drinks and appetizers and serve them efficiently and timely
Keep tables clear of dirty dishes and be available to residents at all times
Ensure residents receive entrees and dessert in a timely manner
Check up on residents at least three times during their visit to ensure satisfaction
Buss, reset section and complete daily sidework
Perform pantry, hostess, or expo duties when needed
Be a team player
Avoid personal conversations while serving residents and guests
Ensure section is tidy and in proper order before and after serving
Use time effectively to complete duties as scheduled
Understand and work towards community goals
Correct all deficiencies promptly
