Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to provide fast and friendly service
  • knowledge of menu items
  • ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to maintain clean and organized work area
  • availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • fully vaccinated against COVID-19 preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality desired
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • willingness to perform a variety of duties as assigned

Job Duties

  • Provide fast, efficient, friendly service to everyone
  • know the daily and weekly menus and keep food descriptions positive and enthusiastic
  • take residents orders, gather drinks and appetizers in the pantry, and serve items efficiently and timely
  • keep tables clear of dirty dishes and be available to residents at all times
  • ensure residents receive entrees and desserts in a timely manner
  • check on resident satisfaction at least three times during their visit
  • buss and reset section and complete daily sidework
  • take on pantry, hostess, or expo duties when needed
  • be a team player
  • avoid personal conversations while serving residents and guests
  • ensure section has desired appearance before and after serving time
  • use time effectively to complete duties according to schedule
  • understand and achieve set goals
  • correct any deficiencies promptly
