Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members
- Commitment to resident satisfaction
- Fully vaccinated preferred but not required
- Must comply with community policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Provide fast, efficient, friendly service to everyone
- Know the daily and weekly menus and keep descriptions of food positive and enthusiastic
- Take residents orders, gather drinks and appetizers, and serve items timely
- Keep tables clear of dirty dishes and remain available to residents
- Ensure residents receive entrees and desserts promptly
- Check on residents at least three times during their visit
- Buss, reset section and complete daily side work
- Perform pantry, hostess, or expo duties when needed
- Be a team player
- Avoid personal conversations while serving
- Maintain section appearance before and after service
- Use time effectively to complete duties
- Understand and achieve set goals
- Correct deficiencies promptly
