Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Good physical stamina
Ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members
Commitment to resident satisfaction
Fully vaccinated preferred but not required
Must comply with community policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service preferred
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

Provide fast, efficient, friendly service to everyone
Know the daily and weekly menus and keep descriptions of food positive and enthusiastic
Take residents orders, gather drinks and appetizers, and serve items timely
Keep tables clear of dirty dishes and remain available to residents
Ensure residents receive entrees and desserts promptly
Check on residents at least three times during their visit
Buss, reset section and complete daily side work
Perform pantry, hostess, or expo duties when needed
Be a team player
Avoid personal conversations while serving
Maintain section appearance before and after service
Use time effectively to complete duties
Understand and achieve set goals
Correct deficiencies promptly
