Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior food service experience preferred
  • Ability to provide friendly and efficient service
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to follow instructions and schedules
  • Willingness to perform various duties including bussing and resetting tables
  • Fully vaccinated preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of menu items and food service etiquette
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation

Job Duties

  • Provide fast, efficient, friendly service to everyone
  • Know daily and weekly menus and keep food descriptions positive and enthusiastic
  • Take resident orders, gather drinks and appetizers, serve items timely
  • Keep tables clear of dirty dishes and remain available to residents
  • Ensure residents receive entrees and desserts promptly
  • Check on residents at least three times during their visit for satisfaction
  • Buss and reset section, complete daily sidework
  • Take on pantry, hostess, or expo duties as needed
  • Be a team player
  • Avoid personal conversations while serving residents
  • Ensure section is orderly before and after serving
  • Use time effectively to complete duties according to schedule
  • Understand and achieve community goals
  • Correct deficiencies promptly
