Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior food service experience preferred
Ability to provide friendly and efficient service
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
Strong communication skills
Must be a team player
Ability to follow instructions and schedules
Willingness to perform various duties including bussing and resetting tables
Fully vaccinated preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of menu items and food service etiquette
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation

Job Duties

Provide fast, efficient, friendly service to everyone
Know daily and weekly menus and keep food descriptions positive and enthusiastic
Take resident orders, gather drinks and appetizers, serve items timely
Keep tables clear of dirty dishes and remain available to residents
Ensure residents receive entrees and desserts promptly
Check on residents at least three times during their visit for satisfaction
Buss and reset section, complete daily sidework
Take on pantry, hostess, or expo duties as needed
Be a team player
Avoid personal conversations while serving residents
Ensure section is orderly before and after serving
Use time effectively to complete duties according to schedule
Understand and achieve community goals
Correct deficiencies promptly
