Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and multitask
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Preferred to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality beneficial
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food menus and serving etiquette
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Provide fast, efficient, friendly service to residents
  • Know daily and weekly menus and describe food positively
  • Take residents orders and serve drinks and appetizers promptly
  • Keep tables clear of dirty dishes and assist residents continuously
  • Ensure timely delivery of entrees and desserts
  • Check on residents at least three times during their visit
  • Buss and reset tables with clean linen, silverware, and china
  • Complete daily side work and assist with pantry, hostess, or expo duties
  • Maintain professional and team-oriented behavior
  • Ensure section cleanliness and order before and after serving
  • Use time effectively to complete duties on schedule
  • Correct deficiencies promptly
