Job Requirements

  • Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn is essential
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support servers and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, guest-focused attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and respond quickly
  • Good communication skills and comfort interacting with guests and team members
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and maintain composure during busy service periods
  • Basic understanding of food handling and sanitation practices
  • Must follow all safety guidelines
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items such as trays, glass racks, and bus tubs for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
  • Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards

Job Duties

  • Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guest tables
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations throughout the shift
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently to support steady guest flow
  • Refill water, beverages, and bread service as needed to enhance the guest experience
  • Support the overall cleanliness of the dining room, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and organizing service areas
  • Communicate guest needs or concerns to servers or supervisors to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with opening and closing duties such as polishing glassware and silverware, stocking supplies, and preparing the dining room for service
