Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or education equivalent required
- Previous server and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology
- Previous experience using smart phones and/or tablet applications strongly preferred
- Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly quality service to guests
- Comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls
- Maintain current and accurate knowledge of all menu items
- Serve all beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic in food outlets
- Provide outstanding customer and employee service at all times
- Bus tables and complete all side work
- Assist restaurant host/hostess when required
- Attend periodic meetings and training sessions
- Present a neat and clean appearance at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
