Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
- fine dining experience is required
- familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and sales performance
- basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing bills
- experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/host roles is advantageous
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Vietnamese is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed descriptions of menu items when needed
- take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices
- assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
- provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally
- follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
- support host/host duties when required, including seating guests and managing waitlists
